The staff is very rood everytime you call. Your loved one that is in there is only allowed to call home if they are lucky once a day. They do not even provide medications for them. I had to pay to have my boyfriends medication filled for him. You are not allowed to call them. Forget if there is an Emergency at home they will not relay messages. I believe in treatment I do not believe in taking there supportive loved ones away from them. I think this is the worst place ever.

The circumstances you describe are fairly standard in the treatment industry - if there isn't a HIPPA privacy release on file, a treatment center will not answer any questions about a client in treatment, and is bound by law to not even admit that they're there, let alone let you speak with them. Additionally, it's standard practice that medications prescribed are the client's responsibility financially, and many treatment centers don't let the clients call home at all - if your loved one was able to call once a day, that's mighty impressive. Treatment centers want their clients concentrating on their treatment, not what's going on at home.
