We have mixed feelings about this place. Some parts are excellent; some could use some improvement. Some counselors show compassion and understanding; others are condescending and authoritative. Some could benefit from training like the world renowned “Love and Logic” program, an alternative method of communicating with people. One counselor discussed a client with a family member in the lobby while there were strangers at the front desk. But overall, this facility did help my family member. And that is the bottom line.
