My son attended this facility, like he was asked to for the first 30 days of treatment, plus started onto the next step of the treatment the following week. He is not an addict but failed a drug test during one probation visit. He has not been using drugs since and has turned is life around. However, the staff told his probation officer that he missed quite a few days, although I was the one dropping him off and watching him walk in thru the door as his counselor saw him do so, as well. I know he attended, and I picked him up when it was over~ he came out with the groups. Now we were contacted one time by the counselor and tried numerous times to contact her back, as well as my son doing the same. She will not return our calls. We were given the director's number as well and he has not contacted my son either. He is nearing the end of his probation on GREAT BEHAVIOR, has attended all probation meetings, completed all his community service and classes and THESE PEOPLE WILL CAUSE HIM to have to prolong his probation because of their negligence. How are "people", not "criminals" (as they make clients feel), supposed to believe their treatment or support will help? I would not recommend this place for you kids or friends.
